You will drive profitable sales through customer-focused operations, merchandising, and talent development, while partnering with leadership to coach your team toward top performance.

In this role you will recruit and develop Brand Associates, manage assigned area, and execute the store strategy to hit performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Comfort with using retail technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability through customer-centric operations.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associates and Experts.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans for efficiency.
• Perform Service Leader duties and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Lead and coach teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent the brand and stay aware of retail competition.
