Old Navy is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone for the store and drive profitable sales through customer and product operations, merchandising and talent development. You will coach Leaders, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to execute the store strategy, develop a high-performing team, and maintain compliance standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team.
• Retail technology proficiency.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays and overnights.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies to drive store sales and customer-centric service.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure SOPs are followed.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel for frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
