LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates at Store 2929-Cincinnati Premium Outlets-ANN-Monroe, OH 45050. This role offers a regular/full-time schedule with a pay range reflecting hourly compensation.

You will help deliver exceptional service, model brand behaviors, coach the team, and contribute to a collaborative environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
