LOFT, a fashion retailer, is seeking an Assistant Manager for the Acton, MA store. You will support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture, serving as a leader on the sales floor and modeling the brand's behaviors to engage customers and develop the team.

You’ll drive a customer-focused environment, coach associates, and enable an inclusive, high-performing store. You’ll support omnichannel shopping, assist recruitment, and use reports to boost operations and financial results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Responsibilities
