LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 1694-The Shops of Saddle Creek-ANN-Germantown, TN. You will support customer experience and shape store culture as a leader on the sales floor.

You will coach associates, drive omnichannel initiatives, and assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and developing talent. The role requires a hospitality mindset and strong business acumen.

Formación

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• Hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
