You’ll cultivate talent, leverage technology for omnichannel retail, and partner with leadership to plan short- and long-term store goals. Previous retail management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and associate experiences in the LOFT store.
• Drive profitable business through focus on customer experience, operations, and visuals.

• Manage day-to-day operations including opening and closing.
