Victra, a Verizon authorized retailer, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and create outstanding customer experiences. You will coach sales specialists, manage store operations, and ensure planogram compliance while delivering results.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and daily responsibility for customer flow and store performance across a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on floor to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Handle store operations, inventory, cash handling, and store maintenance.
• Open/close the store and ensure adherence to company policies and planograms.
