Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a sales team, coach representatives, and drive sales targets while ensuring a superior in-store customer experience across our retail locations.

You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and help the General Manager with store leadership in sales and merchandising to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or leadership roles within retail or wireless sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving team and individual sales goals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to achieve targets and deliver strong customer experiences.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions on the sales floor.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and performance.
• Identify skill gaps and implement development plans for the team.
• Oversee store operations, analyze financial and sales data, and ensure compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and planogram adherence.
• Oversee opening/closing routines and daily store maintenance.
• Collaborate with leadership to reach store targets.
