Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industries.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales goals and monitor progress.
• Manage daily operations and store open/close activities.
• Provide training and mentorship to close skill gaps.
• Analyze sales data and inventory to support merchandising.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Handle customer transactions and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain store security and cleanliness.
