Ross Stores seeks an Area Supervisor to lead a defined store area and oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty. You will open and close the store, supervise associates, maintain merchandise presentation, and ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment.

You will uphold safety standards, execute company processes, train and coach staff, and help deliver outstanding customer service while supporting loss prevention and front-end operations.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment and applications.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

• Open and close the store and supervise Associates as needed.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and a clean, organized sales floor.
• Execute and supervise Company operational processes.
• Maintain safe and secure store environments and follow loss prevention practices.
• Provide strong customer service and leadership on front-end operations.
• Train and coach Associates on cash handling and procedures.
