Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Area Supervisor to join the Store Leadership team. You will oversee a specific area and assist in daily store operations, opening and closing, and supervising Associates to maintain a friendly, easy to shop environment.

You will ensure merchandise presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with company processes, while training staff, managing the front end, and supporting loss prevention and safety initiatives to protect customers and assets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and English fluency.
• Prior customer service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS equipment and applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Associates and oversee store operations in assigned area.
• Open and close the store as Manager on Duty when required.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean work areas.
