Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Office Manager in daily bank office operations.
• Cover the bank office in the Office Manager's absence.
• Maintain deposit operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for deposit products and procedures.
• Perform Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker duties as needed.
• Assist customers with online banking and mobile app usage.
• Lead office sales and service efforts to reach goals.
• Coach teammates and conduct performance feedback.
