Qualifications

• 1 year of retail banking experience.
• 1 year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard software applications.
• Ability to work with high volumes of customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Office Manager on overall operations and management of the bank office.
• Assume responsibility for the bank office in the absence of the Office Manager.
• Maintain deposit operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for team members on deposit products and regulations.
• Perform Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker duties as needed.
• Assist customers with online banking and mobile applications.
