Job summary

Millennium Bank in Tennessee seeks an experienced Regional Branch Manager to lead multiple full-service branches, drive performance, and develop staff. The role focuses on customer service, business development, lending oversight, and operational excellence across the assigned market.

You will partner with senior leadership, manage risk, and champion a culture of accountability and service while expanding banking relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred, or equivalent banking experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of banking experience preferred.
• Previous branch management or multi-branch leadership experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of federal and state banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for multiple branch locations, ensuring consistent execution of Bank policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coach, mentor, and develop branch leaders and employees to achieve goals.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
• Establish clear expectations and regularly communicate goals and performance objectives.
• Conduct staff meetings and promote teamwork, accountability, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
• Oversee customer service, branch operations, deposits, loans, and risk management.
• Monitor branch performance, deposits, loan portfolios, sales activity, customer satisfaction, and audit results.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and Bank policies.
• Support and oversee consumer lending activities, underwriting, documentation, and closing.
• Promote a consistent sales and service culture across locations.
• Join community activities to strengthen presence and reputation.
