Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Alaska is seeking a high‑energy Retail Operations Leader to guide multiple store locations. You will drive sales, optimize margins, and ensure strict safety and compliance standards across the network.

You will recruit and develop store managers, analyze trends, and implement strategies to maximize performance while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand integrity. This is a full‑time, field-based leadership role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Willingness to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Willingness to travel to nearby stores for support.

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000 DOE
