Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a Retail Area Manager in the Los Angeles area to oversee 7-10 stores, drive sales, profitability, and customer experience. You will lead store managers, develop teams, and implement strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

The role offers competitive pay, full-time hours, and opportunities for growth. Travel to nearby locations is expected, with a salary target of $70,000-$75,000 DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
