Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking a Retail Area Manager to oversee 7-10 locations in the Anchorage area. You will drive sales, profitability, and exceptional customer experiences, developing leaders and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.

Salary for this position is targeted at $85,000 DOE
