Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Soldotna, AK is seeking a dynamic Retail Operations Leader to guide store managers across locations, drive sales, margins, and profitability while maintaining top brand standards and exceptional customer experience.

You will oversee safety, inventory, cash controls, and policy compliance; recruit and develop teams; manage budgets; and travel to nearby stores as needed. DOE salary about $85,000 with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries.
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (preferred).
• Availability to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Must be flexible to travel to nearby stores for support as needed.
