Job summary

You bring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 4+ years in retail or customer service, and a track record of leadership, financial analysis, and safe operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze financial information.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team members to ensure onboarding and development.
• Identify talent and plan staffing for leadership pipelines.
• Lead area operations and manage budget line items in the P&L.
• Drive safety, compliance, and store condition management.
• Guide team Leaders and Leads on daily work and training needs.
