Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an Area Leader to drive engagement and performance across a span of care within the store.

You will coach Leads and Team Leaders, manage onboarding, development, and succession planning, and oversee area operations and P&L implications to maximize sales and productivity. The role requires 4+ years in retail or customer service and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on leadership, safety, and inclusive teamwork.
