Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 4+ years in retail, grocery, or customer service.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze financial information for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee area operations and financial results to maximize sales and productivity.
• Lead and coach Leads and Team Leaders; assign daily work.
• Drive safety, compliance and store condition management.
• Identify talent and support staffing and succession planning.
