Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep projects organized: Monitor active jobs, track progress, and ensure project files are up to date.
• Coordinate with field crews, managers, and office personnel to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide updates to customers and maintain professional communication with insurers.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Help coordinate daily work orders and upcoming service appointments.
• Assist in preparing completed projects for invoicing.
• Identify missing information and follow up to prevent delays.
