Job summary

SERVPRO of South Bend is seeking a detail-oriented Job File Coordinator to keep job information accurate, catch missing documents, and coordinate with teams from start to closeout. You will help drive project progress and timely billing in a fast-paced restoration environment.

The role offers paid training and opportunities for career progression, with a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive starting wage of about $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service or office experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and digital tools
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, claims administration, estimating, or job file work is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor active jobs and coordinate scheduling, priorities, and service leads
• Review job files for missing or incomplete documentation and resolve issues promptly
• Review scopes, estimates, approvals, photos, forms, readings and other job information for accuracy
• Communicate updates with customers, clients, adjusters, production, accounting, and management
• Determine or verify the appropriate billing path and ensure program requirements are followed
• Complete file reviews and support invoicing, audits, accounts receivable follow-up, and closeout
