Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a motivated Job File Coordinator to serve as the liaison between customers and project teams. You will identify project requirements, organize documentation, and support teammates in a fast-paced office environment.

Key responsibilities include clear customer communication, daily project oversight, preparing preliminary estimates with estimating software, and ensuring accurate project records from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer service/office experience.
• Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimate using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
