SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Job File Coordinator to support our Reconstruction Team in Midlothian, VA. You will act as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and keep projects organized from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
• Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
• Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
• Review and validate job site documentation.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
• Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
