Job summary

SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Job File Coordinator to support our Reconstruction Team in Midlothian, VA. You will act as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and keep projects organized from start to finish.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of customer service and/or office experience.
Ability to multitask and remain detail oriented.
Knowledge of relevant computer applications.

Responsibilities

Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders.
Daily project oversight including monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress.
Create preliminary estimates using estimating software.
Review and validate job site documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end.
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed.
