SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a proactive Job File Coordinator to support restoration projects and customer communication in a fast-paced SERVPRO franchise. You will handle estimates, file coordination, and audits while ensuring client requirements are met.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration or insurance/service industry preferred.
• Experience with estimates and job file processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new software including Xactimate.
• Minimum of HS/GED.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.

Aufgaben

• Monitor job file status and job file audit status.
• Maintain job file WIPs.
• Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review and validate initial field documentation.
• Create preliminary estimate.
• Daily job file coordination, including preparing job file reports, backup, and audit process.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
• Perform job close-out.
