Responsibilities include researching market demands, outlining processes, troubleshooting issues, and developing resources like checklists and forms to ensure consistent franchise execution.

Qualifications

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience required; restoration/construction industry preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting in virtual meetings/webinars.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office; fluent in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to read, write, and speak to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers clearly and professionally.
• Adaptable and able to continually learn and grow.
• Collaborate with others and work effectively in a team; high accuracy.
• Intermediate problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, best practices, trends, and franchise office performance (billing, audit, collections).
• Outline and organize content to communicate office processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office process issues to improve service.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) for franchise execution.
• Partner with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle.
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teammates.
