Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research market demands and best practices for franchise office operations.
• Outline and organize content for office and administrative processes.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions to process issues across franchise offices.
• Develop resources like job aids, checklists, and forms for consistency.
• Coordinate with field teams to align office and job lifecycle processes.
