SERVPRO Industries, LLC is seeking a Restoration Office Specialist within Strategic Operations. The role focuses on organizing content, research, and developing resources for efficient office and administrative processes across the restoration lifecycle, including job file coordination, billing, and audit.

Reports to the Director, Restoration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficient Microsoft Office knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with field and office

Qualifications

• 2 years office, job file coordination, billing, estimating, or administrative experience required; restoration or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify market demands, standards, trends, and current franchise office performance (billing, audit, collections).
• Outline and organize content, communicating office processes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office process issues to improve service across franchise operations.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) ensuring quality franchise execution of restoration processes.
• Partner with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle (lead intake, scheduling, file review, estimating, billing, audit, closeout).
• Lead communications to franchise office staff and headquarters teammates.
