SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Office Specialist in Strategic Operations to research and organize office resources for the restoration lifecycle. You will coordinate job files, billing, audit, and collections, reporting to the Director, Restoration.

Role focuses on the office and administrative side, supporting franchise coordination and process improvements. Requires strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, with a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2 years office and administrative experience (billing, estimating).
• Excellent written and oral communication, including presenting in virtual meetings.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees, customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Collaborate with others and work well in a team, with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Research market demands, standards, best practices, trends, and franchise office performance (billing, audit, collections).
• Outline and organize content for non-technical stakeholders, including franchise staff.
• Troubleshoot and propose solutions for complex office process issues to improve services.
• Develop and maintain resources (job aids, checklists, forms) for franchise execution.
• Coordinate with Restoration Specialists to align field and office processes across the job lifecycle.
• Spearhead communications to franchise office staff and headquarter teams.
