• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job files, billing, audit, and collections for the office admin lifecycle.
• Outline and communicate office processes to franchise staff and non-technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and propose improvements to administrative workflows.
• Develop resources such as job aids, checklists, and forms for franchise execution.
• Align field and office processes across the job lifecycle (lead intake to closeout).
• Spearhead communications to franchise office staff and HQ teammates.
