Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking a proactive Job File Coordinator to manage customer calls, monitor jobs, and coordinate daily tasks. You will create preliminary estimates and maintain accurate job files, while ensuring audits and documentation are completed on time.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail within a fast-paced franchise environment. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with opportunities for advancement and professional development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• Experience in commercial cleaning/restoration or insurance/service industry desirable.
• Proficiency in writing estimates and quality assurance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate job files, status, and audits.
• Create preliminary estimates and backup for jobs.
• Perform general office duties and prepare reports.
• Maintain internal and external communications.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
