Job summary

SERVPRO Franchise is seeking a diligent Job File Coordinator to support claims handling and restoration projects. You will be on-site, providing outstanding customer service over the phone, data entry, and coordination to help clients through the remediation process.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of admin experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Xactimate is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation and grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
• Ability to learn new software systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Xactimate a PLUS
• Ability to multi-task
• Very self-motivated and goal-oriented

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate details to Clients as related to claims
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Build Estimates for Restoration damage
• Take ownership of the job until completed
• Perform general administration duties
• Assist other departments, as needed
