Job summary

McDonald's is seeking an Operations Technology Person (OTP) to repair and maintain technology equipment across 21 restaurants. The role covers troubleshooting POS systems, performing installs and upgrades, and providing support as new technologies are deployed.

The position requires on-site availability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend work. Transportation is absolutely required, and prior Restaurant OTP experience is preferred though not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.
• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Transportation absolutely required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain technology equipment in 21 McDonald's restaurants.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Provide resources, tools, & support for new technologies and initiatives.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Ensure proper cable management.
