Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant OTP is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair restaurant technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain technology equipment in our 21 restaurants.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Provide resources, tools, and support for new technologies and initiatives.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for optimal functionality.
• Ensure proper cable management.
• Communicate technology issues, outcomes, costs weekly.
• Set up new hire accounts; reset passwords as necessary.
• Flexible availability for late evenings or early mornings for upgrades or replacements.
• Troubleshoot on-site or over the phone.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Weekend work may be required occasionally.
• Transportation is absolutely required.
• Prior experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.
