McDonald’s is seeking an Operations Technology Person (OTP) to repair and maintain technology equipment across 21 restaurants. The role focuses on on-site and remote troubleshooting, OS upgrades, and supporting new tech deployments.

Requires strong hands-on technical skills, reliability, and willingness to work off-hours when needed. Starting salary is negotiable based on experience; candidates must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Transportation absolutely required.
• Available for late evenings or early mornings for upgrades.
• Weekend work may be required occasionally.
• On-site troubleshooting or phone support available.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain technology equipment in 21 McDonald’s restaurants.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Provide resources, tools, and support as new technologies are deployed.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for equipment.
• Set up new hire accounts; reset passwords.
• Ensure proper cable management.
• Communicate technology issues, outcomes, costs weekly.
• Must be available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Some upgrades or replacements may occur during late evenings or early mornings.
