Job summary

McDonald's Operations Technology position seeks an on-site specialist to repair and maintain in-store technology across our network of restaurants. You will perform self-installs, OS upgrades, and troubleshoot POS systems, ensuring timely support during deployments and ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate will have prior Restaurant OTP experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Restaurant OTP experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
• Flexible availability for late evenings or early mornings.
• Must be available to troubleshoot on-site or over the phone.
• Transportation is absolutely required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant technology equipment in 21 locations.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Provide resources and support as new technologies are deployed.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for optimal functionality.
• Ensure proper cable management and organizing hardware.
