McDonald's is seeking an Operations Technology Professional (OTP) Pro to support in-restaurant technology, ensuring equipment functions at a high level for customers and crew. The OTP Pro deploys, maintains, and repairs hardware, software, and network tech across restaurants, guiding a team of OTPs and coordinating upgrades and training.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and flexibility for off-hours work, including travel to nearby restaurants.

Qualifications

• Responsible with good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs and costs.
• Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge.
• Flexible availability as some upgrades or equipment replacements must be completed during late evenings or early mornings.
• Ability to travel to restaurants located in [insert location cities].
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old to apply.

Responsabilités

• Deploy, maintain, and repair restaurant hardware, software, and network technology.
• Upgrades: perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance for optimal functionality.
• Troubleshooting: provide in-house tech support on-site and by phone.
• Development: train, develop and lead OTPs for restaurant-level support.
• Training: provide resources and support as new technologies are deployed.
