Job summary

McDonald’s Operations Technology is seeking an Operations Technology Person to repair and maintain technology equipment across 21 restaurants. You will troubleshoot POS issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and support new technologies while ensuring proper cable management and on-site availability when required.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible hours including late evenings/early mornings, and prior Restaurant OTP experience.

• Prior experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability including late evenings or early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain technology equipment in 21 McDonald’s restaurants.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Provide resources, tools and support as new technologies are deployed.
• Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment.
• Set up new hire accounts; reset passwords as necessary.
• On-site or phone troubleshooting as needed.
