McDonald’s in Georgia is seeking an Operations Technology Person (OTP) to repair and maintain the technology equipment in our 21 restaurants. The successful candidate will perform self-installs, OS upgrades, troubleshoot POS issues, and ensure reliable operation of devices on-site.

This role requires on-site availability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and occasional weekend work. Prior Restaurant OTP experience is preferred, and transportation is essential to reach multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Weekend work may be required.
• Transportation absolutely required.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant OTP is required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain restaurant technology equipment.
• Troubleshoot POS technology issues.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades.
• Provide resources and support for new technologies.
• Perform scheduled maintenance for optimal functionality.
• Ensure proper cable management and setup.
• Set up new hire accounts and reset passwords.
• On-site or phone-based troubleshooting as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
