Job summary

McHire is seeking an Operations Technology Pro to support in-restaurant technology, deploying, maintaining, and repairing hardware, software, and network systems across our restaurants. The OTP Pro will drive upgrades, provide on-site and remote support, and train teams to ensure reliable tech for managers, crew, and customers.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and flexible availability for evenings or early mornings.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying, maintaining, and repairing restaurant hardware, software, and network technology.
• Proficient with OS upgrades and self-installs.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to restaurant locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years old to apply.
• Flexible availability for evenings, early mornings, or on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade OS and perform self-installs for restaurant tech.
• Maintain and repair hardware, software, and network systems.
• Provide on-site and phone support to triage issues.
• Develop and lead OTPs for restaurant-level support.
