Job summary

McHire is seeking an Operations Technology Professional (OTP) Pro to deploy, maintain and repair restaurant hardware, software and network technology across our Milwaukee-area restaurants.

The OTP Pro will upgrade OS, handle maintenance, triage issues on-site and by phone, and help develop and train a team of OTPs for restaurant-level support. Travel between locations and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and insurance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• This is a travel position requiring travel between multiple restaurant locations as business needs dictate.
• Must be available to be on call and respond to restaurant technology or operational support needs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade OS and perform self-installs.
• Maintenance: perform scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshooting: triage issues on-site and over the phone.
• Development: train and lead OTPs for restaurant-level support.
• Training: provide resources and support as new technologies are deployed.
