Job summary

McHire is seeking an Operations Technology Pro to support in-restaurant technology, ensuring equipment runs smoothly for customers and crew. You will deploy, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and network systems across restaurants.

The role emphasizes OS upgrades, scheduled maintenance, and on-site/phone triage support, with leadership to train OTPs and roll out new technologies. Some travel and late shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and strong time management are essential.
• Clear communication to explain tech issues, outcomes, needs and costs.
• Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge; able to learn new technologies.
• Flexible with late evening or early morning upgrades or replacements; some travel may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and repair restaurant hardware, software, and network technology.
• Perform OS upgrades and scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide on-site and phone-based tech support to triage issues.
• Train and lead OTPs for restaurant-level support and initiatives.
• Provide resources and support as new technologies are deployed.
