Job summary

McDonald's in Georgia is seeking a dedicated Operations Technology Professional (OTP) Pro to support in-restaurant technology, ensuring equipment functions at the highest level for customers and crew.

You will deploy, maintain, and repair restaurant hardware, software, and network technology across restaurants, perform upgrades, conduct maintenance, and lead a team of OTPs to deliver reliable tech support.

Qualifications

• Responsible with good attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technology issues, outcomes, needs and costs.
• Self-motivated with a thirst for knowledge.
• Flexible availability as some upgrades or equipment replacements must be completed during late evenings or early mornings.
• Ability to travel to restaurants located in [insert location cities]
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Upgrades: Perform certain self-installs and OS upgrades
• Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality and performance of equipment
• Troubleshooting: Provide in house technology support to triage issues on-site and over the phone
• Development: Train, develop and lead an organization of OTPs for restaurant-level support.
• Training: Provide necessary resources, tools and support as new technologies and initiatives are deployed
