Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Operations Technology Pro (OTP Pro) to actively support the development and execution of in-restaurant technology, ensuring that equipment functions at the highest level for customers and crew. OTPs are at the heart of running great restaurants and empower managers, crew, and customers to use technology effectively in the restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and time management.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey tech issues and needs.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and adapt.
• Willingness to work late evenings or early mornings for upgrades or replacements.
• Ability to travel to multiple restaurant locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and repair restaurant hardware, software, and network tech.
• Perform self-installs and OS upgrades as part of maintenance.
• Provide on-site and phone support to triage issues.
• Train, develop, and lead a team of OTPs for restaurant-level support.
• Provide resources and support as new technologies are deployed.
