Job summary

Toast is seeking a Territory Account Executive for the Cypress, TX area. This field sales role is based out of a personal home office, with relocation optional for the right candidate.

You will prospect, demo, and close restaurateurs, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on commitments and drive Toast adoption in your territory. You will use Salesforce to manage activity, excel at communicating with diverse decision-makers, and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales or related field.
• Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement).
• Strong communication, organizational and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and flexible.
• General technical proficiency with software.

Responsibilities

• Generate list of prospective restaurants and manage the entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with teams across the business to ensure that expectations set during the sales process are met in delivery.
• Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Toast in the market.
