Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team toward a positive guest experience, uphold quality, safety and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in achieving high performance. You will lead by example, set the tone, and ensure daily operations meet standards.

The role emphasizes coaching, operations control, and maintaining strong guest satisfaction while driving financial results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Bend, squat, twist, pull, and reach as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
