Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver a superior guest experience. You will set the tone for service quality, safety, and cleanliness, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, implement controls for cash and inventory, and drive targets across service, operations, and financial results in a fast-paced environment.
