Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide the team in delivering a positive guest experience while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will work with the General Manager to drive performance across operations, guest satisfaction, and financial results.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, using AES Systems, and implementing controls to optimize cash handling and inventory, all while fostering a respectful, fast-paced team

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
