Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a proactive Restaurant Assistant Manager to guide a team toward a positive guest experience, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead by example, set expectations, and partner with the General Manager to drive performance.

Ideal candidates excel in leadership, coaching, and cost control, and are comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Join us in delivering great guest experiences while achieving strong operational results.

Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification or be capable of obtaining certification.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.
• Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure your team provides outstanding service and satisfied guests.
• Hire, train & coach the team.
• Utilize AES Systems to run a great restaurant every shift, every day.
• Implement restaurant controls, especially cash & inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
